• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment must be received before any order is processed and shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully completed.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the items within 48 hours. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within this period with clear proof (such as photos). Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the return request being declined.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Non-returnable items include:

• Used or opened items
• Earrings or personal jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom, personalized, or special-order items
• Spiritual/anointed items once opened or used
